Coach Ben has taught me about focused breathing, spotting someone, the names of equipment and bars, how to change weights and differences I may encounter between his equipment and what I may find at a commercial gym.

I’m definitely stronger and feel more energic since I began training. At the same time, one the first things I noticed rather quickly was there was a lot less “jiggle” in my arms, legs, stomach, and bottom! And over time, my entire body has become more toned which makes me feel so much better in my clothes… strength training has been a great mood enhancer!
